Pros

Great benefits, decent pay. Easy work. Great coworkers.

Cons

Upper management is terrible. Power/numbers driven with not much concern for the workers. Absolutely no consistency in work or rules. And no work-life balance. Low morale throughout plant.

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Micromanaged at every turn. Swiping your badge to go anywhere/everywhere in the building (equivalent of punching a clock), cameras everywhere watching your every move, and oddly enough, you can’t wear denim (ever, not even a denim jacket!) but you can wear sweats to work! Just an odd place all the way around.

Pros

Health Insurance, profit sharing, flexible schedule.

Cons

High stress, under appreciated. Not easy to be a part of the “good old’ boys” club.
