I have heard that its hard to get internships there even if you are qualified. I believe they are trying to do better at that, but many of my friends went on to do other jobs because they didn't get an internship. Also, if you are in customer service, month end schedules can be much longer than your usual shift, and very busy. Customer assistance not so much. In Rexburg there is a lot of turnover because of college students coming and going, so it seems like everyone is always new. Also if you are in the Rexburg building it is very plain. Headquarters in Idaho Falls is like a castle. They have a restaurant, and offer services like grocery pick up and taking your car for an oil change. Nothing at all like that in Rexburg. All of that said, Melaleuca was a fantastic college job, and I had opportunities myself for growth that I decided against because I wanted to move elsewhere.
