Terrible place to work!!! Awful work environment. They treat people like they are slaves. The owners, Melissa and Doug actually spy on their employees! It is a very fearful environment in which people are afraid to step out of line. Melissa and Doug have created the WORST culture that I have ever seen. They bully their employees. The office is a cramped, stale facility. They have old office tools and an 1980's office mentality.

Management thrives on intimidation and recruits people down on their luck or out of work. Annually the company shops their crappy insurance and uses it as veiled peek into your personal life. Everyone is required to discllose Complete medical history. Failure to disclose this information could result in committing fraud. Pettiness degradation run rampant throughout the organization and is encouraged .

The people who work with you are great, for the most part. There is "free" coffee for you to choose from.

Cons

I do not even know where to begin, these good reviews are planted. The are manipulating the number to seem better because people are quitting left and right. Run from this micromanaged hell hole. 10+ hours everyday with a half hour break. I don't care of you work here, don't be fooled. To get you in the door they will do everything they can to make it seem great, please trust me, I didn't believe the reviews and I am literally going insane here, please don't be a lemming and be fooled by these asinine fake reviews. I will never buy an M+D product. Ever.
