This firm is on the verge of collapse. Their NC and FL offices currently have zero attorneys because everyone has quit. Upper management will sabotage you, gossip behind your back, and generally act like middle schoolers. This year they missed their revenue goal, so they increased it. The owner CEO, and COO went on vacation while everyone else had to work over the holidays to make up for missing the revenue goal. Every year they make it harder to earn a bonus. Their ethics is sketchy, so look out for your law license.

Despite being open that I had zero family law experience, I was put into an office my first week and literally never checked in again. I was told by another employee that “they do not train you, they throw you into the water and see if you sink or swim” once I heard that I knew that it wasn’t the place for me.
