Pros

middle management cares and encourages your professional growth training is good though insanely fast. there is no ramp up time here to learn complex cases.

Cons

CEOs do not care about you or know you. Pay is low, especially considering how many hours you're required to get. Their reviews online are mostly fabricated, so clients often do not get the experience they read about. Their bonus programs are inconsistent. They announced multiple fee sharing options on bringing in referral cases and never paid out on any of it.

Melone Hatley has a diverse group of employees with all sorts of backgrounds. They make you feel extremely welcomed when you're first hired and proceed to thoroughly train you throughout the course of your employment. They are flexible and always willing to work with you through major life changes. As a cherry on top, all the higher ups are extremely receptive to communication from all employees. I hope to be with Melone Hatley for a very long time.
