Friendly environment and very welcoming. They are very accommodating to outside work needs, appointments, and time off in my experience. Gives large short notice bonuses, so there is a potential to make a lot of money if you want to work extra hours if you are a PCT or an RN.

Cons

Lack of pay if you are not an inpatient floor RN compared to other areas. If you want to work from home, this is not the place for you. Also, the food in the cafeteria is very expensive.

Cons

-Severe lack of career growth opportunities, sort of stuck with what you start with, more of a stepping stone in your career path -Administration too focused on growth and bottom dollar
