      Pretty stable, long-term employment. Had to reach 20 word minimum...

      Cons

      Salaries not competitive. No opportunity for growth. Some members of Senior Management are egotistical and do not encourage innovation or promote growth. Archaic culture with overall poor leadership. Employees who run operations get laughable annual bonus while senior managers get exorbitant ones. Culture does not promote belief that people are their best asset.

      Pros

      Great work environment and teamwork! Memorial Hermann is an organization with great professional morals and really put the patients first. Provide growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Poor pay rates compared to other hospitals. Strict in terms of hospital policies and does not allow staff to waiver in this sense. Poor insurance plans for employees.
