In the beginning Memorial Hermann was about the people it serviced and its employees. I loved working there. For 5 of the 10 years I worked at Hermann I was happy. Memorial Hermann cared about the employee and their opinion
Cons
Memorial Hermann is now about the money and how many patients you can get signed up. It is upper management that have the upper hand. The employee have no say on on how things will go.
