      Good atmosphere, helpful employees. I'm a new grad nurse and the residency has been great. Everyone is always readily available to help when I need it

      Cons

      Management is always trying to save money and the employee pays for it. They will cheat you if you give them the chance, so know the policies and how much pay you're entitled to. Escalate if needed up the chain of commands.
