      Pros

      Pay We received a bonus of $500 (pretax) due to our fiscal year being a success Overall everyone I’ve worked with cares about the patient and their success in recovery

      Cons

      Overtime is not time and a half which is unfair when you have to get called back in for cases or you stay past your 12hrs due to being on call. Advancement opportunities is low.
