      Pros

      Availability to work as many hours as possible due to staff shortages due to staff quiting and bonuses not paid as promised.

      Cons

      Virtually no proper PPE and Covid protocals resulting in a large percentage of staff getting infected. Im not even including the contamination patients and families are exposed to.

      The nursing experience you obtain will strongly strengthen your nursing skills especially trauma units. The people you work with turn into family.

      Cons

      Low paying compared to other hospital systems in the TMC Managers can be a pain and if you want to transfer they make it hard for you.

      They keep you fed. They feed you just because. Someone is always pushing a cart on your isle with snacks.

      Cons

      Slave drivers. Don’t care if you get sick. You would think because their a hospital they would be more understanding. If it’s flooding, they want you to rent a boat to get there. If it’s snowing hard and the streets are icy, they want you to bobsled
