      Nice facilities, good patient mix

      Cons

      All comes down to wRVUs, constant pressure to see more patients in a shorter time by admins and other leadership who haven’t the slightest clue what incredible systemic failures make that an impossible task

      Pros

      Structured hospital, allows opportunity for growth, magnet facility.

      Cons

      Management does not care about your work-life balance. They just care about you being there for shift and even push you to pick up more shifts. Do not always give you the time off you request. Does not give good raises. Short staffed, they don't care if you're struggling.

      Pros

      One of the top health systems in Houston and as such will have access to some of the best resources and higher pay. Some locations still accept ADN for new graduate residency, but this is phasing out.

      Cons

      Experience is location dependent. Management at NE is poor and climbing the ladder is not based on merit, but popularity.
