Not the worst but not the best

- Lot’s of internal opportunities for so many specialties - Pay is pretty good (could be better, but it’s not the worst)

Cons

- Paying for parking - They don’t seem to utilize travel nurses and float pool very much, so there is A LOT of floating which is not great. - Poor attendance policy - only allowed 4 absences per year.
