Business Outlook
Pros
Since the company is established, they have great training and resources for new hires and existing employees. The LMS system can track continuing education and easy to find courses. Workday is also a great HRIS system, but more beneficial to HR, since a lot of the employees aren't tech savvy. It's also easy to transfer into another department.
Cons
Transition to Workday was horrible. No communication from leadership. Low salary. Existing employees are often looked over for promotional opportunities, bringing in external talent, leaving internals demoralized.
