      Coworkers are great at my location - greater heights.

      Cons

      Short staffed Greater Heights CEO (Susan Jadlowski) is not concerned about the facility or its employees but about her advancement and how she looks to the system CEO (Dr. Chu).

      Great place for Trauma care

      If you worked 20 plus years your job is on the line.Personally was a Department Director and one day job abolished, never even sent a Memo gone. Many Dept. Directors let go for no reason, one Director had a memo sent back dated. All positions refilled in a month same title.people who made Hermann great disappear. No disciplinary action , all based on length of employment. Don't go to this place
