      Big hospital. Great employment opportunity. I have been working at memorial hermann for 5 years and they have alot of opportunities within the hospital, if you need to transfer.

      Cons

      Benefits are not all that great, insurance 401K, can be better. Employees are not recognized for accomplishments, motivatong emloyees need to be on their agenda.
