Pros
I was very proud to work for Memorial Hermann. I worked at the TMC location which was a great learning opportunity. The unit I worked on had incredible teamwork and I felt that my co-workers always had my back on the floor.
Cons
Of course staffing was a constant issue. Because it is such a large hospital, floating was inevitable and our unit often had nurses from other units.
