Memorial Hermann Health System reviews

It was great when I first started, everyone was nice and welcoming. My supervisor is kind, however it doesn't seem that they address/correct poor behavior. I have not approached them about it out of fear of not being believed and I don't want to impact anyone's livelihood. I have never experienced such a toxic workplace between coworkers. It is starting to become embarrassing and I no longer wish to come to work. I was very excited to begin my career here, but I feel I need to leave as soon as I am able. I also have never been more micromanaged in my life.
