      Pros

      I like my teammates and our team. Job security. Fair/good pay. We work well together to get a lot done. Some people care a lot about us and their work.

      Cons

      New system is not good. Too many jobs to fill and it can be stressful even if you do good. Some people never happy with how much we do and focus on the little mistakes. Our hiring managers often blame us more than they should. Most are good though.

      Pros

      A large, stable healthcare system with some of the best technology and doctors/staff. Would recommend to any consumer looking for high quality healthcare services.

      Cons

      Management that does not seem to care about anything except saving face and dollar signs. In my experience, no room for career advancement or growth. The organization is run by corrupt/inept managers (not leaders).
