      Staff and patients you become family . The team keeps me working here Manager advocating for me and trusting me to assist patient .We are growing and its great . I enjoy making differences in patient daily

      Paycheck, great co-workers, director is easy to work with

      Cons

      Working at dangerous levels of order verification, senior management expectations are not realistic, lousy medical insurance for a healthcare system (no out of network benefits and network is system hospitals and system MDs- so bad that many system MDs don't accept the insurance)
