      Pros

      LOVED this healthcare system overall. Decent benefits, very innovative, genuine concern for staff and development.

      Cons

      Growth CAN be difficult. Rules are bent for favoritism, not always based on qualifications or the best interest of the team. Of course, this is something that will be based upon facility/dept, each will operate differently.

      Pros

      Working with patients of all ages and backgrounds, taking cadavers to the morgue, helping patients checking out to go home, especially newborn babies.

      Cons

      Having a 22-minute turnaround time, often being unable to do this due to pushing patient beds through crowded halls, elevators, needed to be signed off by the nurse on duty.
