      Good place to work if job security is important to you. When people are hired here they stay. Turn over is not very high

      Pros

      The Benefits at this company are okay not the best I've seen but definitely not the worse. There are so many locations that there is always opportunity to move around in the company and they favor hiring from within so transferring to different locations and going for promotions are easy if you are qualified.

      Cons

      Although you recieve raises yearly they are small. I received 7 cents raise after one year of working there. I felt like they could have kept that raise.

      I worked as an Oncology RN at Memorial Hermann Southwest and the hospital culture is one rooted in compassion and in providing awesome care. Everyone knows each other and everyone helps.
