      They try to encourage their workers by holding events for them and going around the hospital with a snack cart, things like that.

      Tuition reimbursement and retirement plan.

      Cons

      Sub par medical insurance for nurses with high co-insurance costs. $500 deductible then had to pay another $430 for an MRI on top of that, another $250 for ER. Ridiculous. No way to treat your nurses. No wonder there's a high turnover.
