      I did not find a particular con when I worked for the TMC location.

      Cons

      Salaries vary widely within a specific job role. There is a lack of professionalism among the nursing staff with most RNs only holding Associate degrees, even in management positions. I am not sure how they obtained Magnet status because this organization does not exhibit Magnet characteristics. There is high turnover among nursing staff. Benefits are horrible and costly.

      Staff and patients you become family . The team keeps me working here Manager advocating for me and trusting me to assist patient .We are growing and its great . I enjoy making differences in patient daily
