      Pros

      Overall great company to work for. The organization does a very good job at taking care of the patients as well as their employees. They thrive on team work and it is a very warm environment to be in.

      Cons

      The only negative thing I can think of is the circumstances that you can't avoid in any large organization i.e negative people.
