      Pretty good for interns. They will work with you and motivate and inspire you.

      Pros

      Memorial Hermann by and large is a good company to work for. Each location offers different specific benefits, but the company wide ones aren't bad either. They offer annual gifts to every single employee (gym bags, blankets, etc) as well incentive and/or department bonuses.

      Cons

      The medical insurance, especially since this is a hospital, may leave a lot to be desired, especially for employees without children and/or spouses needing coverage.

      Pros

      Great work environment with great people and manager. Conscientious about their employees and willing to listen to employee suggestions.

      Cons

      None really. At least at my location which was on Richmond and Buffalo Speedway. It has since moved.
