      Very good rate for nurses working PRN without benefits, competitive salary for full-time RN

      Cons

      Cliques within some units in hospital, this is everywhere, do not think management could do much about it

      Great benefits except for health coverage. Flexible schedule. Decent pay. "Family" atmosphere.

      Cons

      No definite career ladder, which means that you may have same job title for years. Not many job descriptions and management & HR slow to create new ones. Men with less education & experience often promoted over women with more education & experience. Gender and Racial salary disparities. Men make more and ethnic minorities make less. Poor medical benefits. ..never understood how a hospital could have horrible health benefits.
