      Pros

      Many of the policies were fully accessible to HR professionals, so there was never ambiguity. Had large support staff so assistance was always available. Very supportive team atmosphere. As a HR staff member, MH's name recruits itself. Training opportunities always available. Always had opportunities for growth, if desired. Wonderful team of people to work alongside.

      Not very competitive in salary market

      Pros

      Opportunities all of the city of Houston. Constantly growing. Will be plenty of work for the forseeable future.

      Cons

      Small core of management for IT that does not move much, so outlook for advancement into management from within the company looks bleak.

      Great staff and patients but poor managers

      Pros

      Wonderful and knowledgeable staff working with patients in a caring manner. Good benefits and 40k plan with opportunity to learn from experts in your field of study.

      Cons

      Managers have little people skills and poor judgement. Most decisions by management based on $$$ and not what is best for patient recovery. Constant battle to get what patients need.
