Under valued department. Too much liability and risk with job duties without the adequate pay to match. I believe that the valet driver employees get paid more than people who release confidential, protected health information. They don't even pay a living wage, especially for Southern California. Under staffed and pushed to add on more work. Absolutely no room for growth. The more you learn and take on, the less you're appreciated.
