      Pros

      I've been in healthcare in many capacities over the past 13 years. During this time I've worked for and with many hospitals. I've never felt more supported or empowered than I do with MemorialCare. They truly value employees and leadership encourages innovation.

      Cons

      The pay is on the lower end of national averages for IT, but the benefits are good and culture is warm.

      It was a pleasure serving our community. I valued the patients that we provided services to.

      Cons

      It is too bad that the hospital had to close down due to seismic reasons. Our patients and our community are losing top quality care.
