Pros
Cafeteria, most RN’s capable and friendly, clean facility overall , nice location, I can’t think of anything else but have to come up with more words.
Cons
Less staff coverage across most departments, increased responsibilities/duties not within scope of practice. Run more like a struggling family business. Exceptions given to employees who have been employed a long time. Very little support.
