      Pros

      The Children's Hospital does excellent work for their patients.

      Cons

      Weak management at all levels. Salaries are not competitive.

      Treat fairly well. Pay is commensurate with position. Some individuals are treated better than others.

      Pros

      Somewhat good overall. Most of hospital is unionized. Pay for Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, NRP, and BLS. Most times have classes in house.

      Cons

      Patient population can be trying at times. Managers tend to favor those patients who complain a lot. Often just a ploy to bypass waiting room.

      Free food interaction with patients lots of great nurses and coworkers you would think Emily paid time off which is great

      Cons

      Not enough pay for all the responsibilities no downtime not even a second very physical standing on your feet more than 8 hours rush rush always trying to beat the clock they need more employees so that you can give better customer service
