Pros
They are willing to invest in continuing education, all the previous employers I worked for did not. Flexible work hours, great middle and senior management, new offices, employee gym, overall a great organization to work for.
Cons
Not much room for advancement, with weasels clogging up the lane. Takes 6--8 years before you could move up if you are not female or under represented minority.
