Pros
they are a strong work environment and cultures. They are very flexible and helpful. This is a growing medical facility. Very helpful to patients and train there employees well.
Cons
if you don't like to work on the weekends this might not be for you as some shifts require to work a few weekends. Also you need to see if the hours fit your schedule.
