      The management encourages and facilitates continued education through organizational learning and scholastic pursuit. The benefits and pay are competitive. The benefits structure is incentivized for continued pursuit of personal health. Innovation is encouraged and rewarded.

      Cons

      There seems to be a lack of focus succession. Some of the facilities are a bit dated. There is a strong focus on moving nurses into administrative positions.

      The benefits package Received a steady paycheck

      Cons

      Poor management. Dog eat dog atmosphere. Rampant malignant office politics. Constant bullying among coworkers is encouraged and rewarded. No opportunities for career growth. Paperwork is stopped in its place when asking for a transfer to a higher position. Bottom line, it doesn't matter how well you do your job. If you aren't favored by management and their "Cronies" be prepared for a painful ride.
