it was nice working with the other staffl but management does not know what their doing not even a RN in charge ALSO IT WAS CLOCE TO HOME

Cons

THEIR is no RN in charge of the staff and they do not train for any position they put you in its learn for yourself or else then you get ridiculed and management has their favorite workers if you can call them that

Leadership is very focused on quality for the customer while also pursuing a great experience for the employees. Compensation competitive. Good health benefits. Scholarship program for furthering education. Great location next to Laguna Hills mall. Opportunities for transfer. Growth is encouraged and promotion opportunities abound.

Cons

Interdepartmental communications can be strained and cause breakdowns in efficiency. (This may be an issue with hospitals in general, though.) Leadership requires employees to wear a mask throughout flu season if you decline the annual flu shot.

very conservative workplace culture (which is probably the standard for the health care industry)
