      Caring colleagues overshadowed by toxic leadership and instability

      I work with some people who truly care about patient care The brand still matters within the regional industry

      Cons

      - Terrible new leadership who has created a toxic work environment. - Those who haven't been laid off are certainly looking for opportunities elsewhere. - They do not invest in their employees. Old equipment and laptops, deny training opportunities. - They are in a challenging financial situation and that is felt everywhere. - Massive layoffs means every team is understaffed and overworked. HR is a shell of its former self.

      A lot of lay offs recently, forced flex days, super conservative company, very Orange County conservative…managers that have been there for two long, stuck in their ways.

      Name/brand does not live up to its own stated core values Bait and switch Inadequate Training EXTREME Micro Micromanaging EXTREME Multi Multitasking Not paid enough for the hassle you have to put up with daily Not provided with reliable tools needed to accomplish the job Poor Leadership and Management Constant changes and company disruptions that affect your day to day Doctors , Specialists, Nurses, Providers are abandoning ship at alarming levels Some supervisors are toxic. Treat you like you are a toddler Laughable .30c raise after performing your own performance appraisal
