Pros

Coworkers were hard workers and pleasant to be around

Cons

Low pay. Mcdonalds employees get better pay. Will hire people with no experience, which makes it great if this job is just your stepping stone. Manager does not even know Spanish, so does not understand the needs of the department. Language is under the 'patient satisfaction' umbrella, instead of Clinical Services. Horrible PTO. Management makes you find someone to switch with you when you want to be off, and do not grant PTO. I had to call out Sick cause my requests would not be approved.

Thank you for the review. After reading your review, I want to verify that the pay ranges for all our positions are included in all our job postings. We also have reviewed industry-specific (Hospital/Healthcare) benefits packages and have found that we are in the higher quartile of offerings to similar-sized healthcare systems in the Southern California region and continue to make improvements to those offerings, ie: Eligibility day one for Health Benefits, low employee cost for services and a robust plan that includes an abundance of covered services. Our interpreter services departments are not designed for a singular language; we have interpreters who speak other common languages from our communities so that we can support and communicate with our diverse patient populations.

Thank you for the positive review - We understand that in certain units, remote work is desired, and we are working with leadership to determine areas where we can offer more remote opportunities to our staff.
