2yThank you for the review. After reading your review, I want to verify that the pay ranges for all our positions are included in all our job postings. We also have reviewed industry-specific (Hospital/Healthcare) benefits packages and have found that we are in the higher quartile of offerings to similar-sized healthcare systems in the Southern California region and continue to make improvements to those offerings, ie: Eligibility day one for Health Benefits, low employee cost for services and a robust plan that includes an abundance of covered services. Our interpreter services departments are not designed for a singular language; we have interpreters who speak other common languages from our communities so that we can support and communicate with our diverse patient populations.
