Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We appreciate your advocacy for the team you worked with and are glad you found it a great team. We recognize your concern regarding workload and want to share that we, as an organization, have developed significant initiatives specific to Talent Acquisition and attraction to ensure that departments are properly staffed to prevent "burnout" and unmanageable workloads. We continue to improve in this area and have significant goals for the future.

Pros

Benefits are good for full timers.

Cons

They have a low base pay and even after years of working here. you get paid the minimum for that position. Raises are a joke.

Thank you for the review. We are sorry to hear that you do not feel that we reward good workers. We continuously review and monitor our benefits and pay practices to create an environment where an individual can grow financially and career-wise to support a long-term tenure with the organization. We do provide increases in pay based on organizational practices, and it would be extremely uncommon to unlikely, for a person to remain at the minimum of the range for a position,

Pros

This hospital is under Union. Seniority goes a long way in moving around the hospital. You can bascially move floors/department easily, as long as there is a postion open. (postions open all the time)

Cons

Low staff is a problem.

Thank you for your feedback. MemorialCare continues to invest in our hiring practices and procedures to ensure that we find support for areas still in high staffing demand. We have had great success filling many mission-critical roles, with our goal being to have all departments amply covered for shift/patient census demands.
