      Amazing New Graduate program for BirthCare Center. I absolutely love my management team and coworkers.

      Cons

      Long negotiation times with Nurses Union leads to delays in raises. Poor system for vacation time.

      Great opportunity to learn , can become well rounded if you float.

      Cons

      Going above and beyond will get you a 3 percent raise. Doing bare minimum will get you a percent raise. There is no incentive to work harder. Day shift is overstaffed and night shift is extremely short.
