      Hostile Work Environment

      Pros

      Everyone is extremely even overly nice with you first work here. Bait and switch type thing.

      Cons

      One particular manager gets away with creating a stressful work environment and is even allowed to retaliate on employees who have the courage to speak up. Nevertheless none of these employees including myself are still here. We have been with this institution 8 or more years. What does that tell you?

      Thinning staff, thinning margins

      Pros

      Cafeteria, most RN’s capable and friendly, clean facility overall , nice location, I can’t think of anything else but have to come up with more words.

      Cons

      Less staff coverage across most departments, increased responsibilities/duties not within scope of practice. Run more like a struggling family business. Exceptions given to employees who have been employed a long time. Very little support.
