      professional staff, clean facility, flexible hours

      Cons

      Gives small raises once every 3-5 years (if you are per diem), terrible HR department, managers tend to be very dismissive when work place issues or new ideas are brought up which brings down morale and creates a stressful work environment.

      The new grad program is decent. Union position (CNA)

      Cons

      Management is ABSOLUTELY atrocious The floor is governed by cliques and key board warriors where staff sit behind their emails and pin blame on each other till someone is fired. There's no such thing as a warning- its one and done. They talk a big talk but that's far from reality.
