      We are currently short staffed, but nurses are floated here to help out

      Thank you for your review. MemorialCare continues to invest in our hiring practices and procedures to ensure that we find support for areas still in high staffing demand. We have had great success filling many mission-critical roles, with a significant amount of those in the RN area; we are continuing with that investment with a goal to have all departments amply covered for shift/patient census demands.

As an organization, we have to be fiscally responsible to ensure that the organization is in the best position to provide high-quality patient care through our exceptional employees, new equipment, facilities, and the ability to respond to significant crises like the pandemic, should something of that magnitude arise again.
