There is so much I can say about MemorialCare, they offer great development/growth opportunities, work life balance, strong collaboration with all departments, and a supportive environment. Everyone from my colleagues to our leadership are extremely supportive. Additionally, benefits/PTO and 401k with no waiting period is a great perk!

Cons

With every growing organization, there is always opportunities for process improvement, but it's a marathon not a sprint.

Pros

One of the best part about working at Orange Coast Memorial is the people that I work with. Happy to belong to this great team and I enjoy working with them. They also have great benefits.

Cons

There are days when work is extra challenging. But I think it’s always like that when you work in the hospital. The good thing here is we help each other out and also have support and charge nurses who are very helpful.
