      Top heavy. Need more people to the work.

      Pros

      Always busy, lots of work/projects so many opportunities to expand your knowledge and learn something new. Gym onsite. Healthy Cafe onsite.

      Cons

      Very top heavy. Too many V and C level and not enough people to do the work. They force you to take "flex" time to make up for their budget deficits due to poor planning . You have to use your PTO time so when you want to take a vacation, you don't have enough PTO left. In 2016, they forced employees to take 15 flex days. If you have worked there less than 5 years you only accrue about 20 days per year for sick, vacation, etc. In November they closed about 50 open positions in my department also due to budget deficits so there are not enough people to do all of the work.

      Family atmosphere , flexible hours, always takes in new grads,

      Cons

      Terrible pay, high turnover rate, insurance is too expensive for p/t staff, turns blind eye to under performing staff.

      Pros

      Most of the front line, truly care about their patients, so even if the Leadership does not have their best interest, patient care will not fail.

      Cons

      The lack of positive and proactive Leadership team makes positive outcomes for patients, colleagues and the institution nearly impossible.
