You have no say in what campaign you get put on, some people are crushing it because they are put onto great campaigns that’s mostly inbound leads/webinars where if people show up it counts towards your quota. other people it’s damn near impossible to book meetings because the campaign/product is just so bad. crappy pay structure. your commission is put into a “memoryblue piggy bank” in which you can only access after 1.5 years of working there. yes, you do get small base pay bumps after your 3rd time hitting quota I think - but commission is put into that piggy bank that you can’t touch until after 1.5 years. If you leave earlier than that, too bad you don’t get any of that commission. also base pay is pretty damn abysmal.
