Pros

- My colleagues and the other SDRs that I met through this company. - The location of the office - Right neat San Pedro Square Market. Great food. - Great 1st job out of college because now I know exactly what to NOT look for when joining a company - Plus I had the worst so it can only go up from here!

Cons

- Bribing employees to leave fake Glassdoor reviews. - Taking money from your paycheck because you constantly kept on hitting your quota. So they raised it to a point where it was literally impossible to hit it. I believe mine went up to 38 meetings a month... - Lies and promises from management - Zero training - We had a few training where we just sat in a room and watched TED talk - Management talking down to you to your clients. Luckily I was closer to my client's management so they hired me out of memoryBlue ASAP. Even the clients left memoryBlue because they knew how bad they were treating their employees. - Management not showing up or showing up after lunch because they went too hard the night before. - Harassment/Threats from upper management Honestly, I'm so happy my client hired me out from this consulting firm. Literally it was the worst job I ever had.

Pros

The people you work with help you get through your good and bad days. This SDR experience is great to have on your resume.

Cons

- Management: one calls himself “supreme leader” and it suits him. He does run his office like a dictatorship. The other has no management experience and has no idea what he is doing. - Opportunity for growth: There is opportunity only if you exceed your quota expectations every month. However, if you get stuck on a crappy client there is a slim chance you will ever move up or get hired out. Favoritism is also a thing here. If you are not liked by the “supreme leader” you will not move up and possibly find your way out the door. - Training: They also want to say they have top class training for SDRs that is worth XX amount and that is why you should complete your 15 mos. They really don’t...you learn everything by the people around you. - HR: sexual harassment and other complaints were made and HR did nothing...they do have a couple of lawsuits so I would just be vigilant if you do decide to go work for this company. -Culture: not everyone wants to get drunk and do drugs together. -If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is just a mess. Oh and you get paid like trash. If I’m putting up with all of this bs I hope to at least get compensated well. Don’t recommend to anyone. You could find a company that will train you and not ask you to pay $5000 if you decide to leave.

Pros

Work Culture is cool unlimited PTO (assuming you can pay for it) Bonus structure incentives for top performers

Cons

Managers can be hit or miss Training is shoddy and over-hyped Some clients are decent, others will outright make you miserable have to pay $5000 if you leave the company 8.5 hour days instead of 8
