Pros

Marc/Chris have a great vision for molding someone fresh out of school into a lead generating machine. You’re given access to the tools/resources needed to find, qualify, and schedule meetings for your clients. If you have the chance to work on the actual Sales team selling mB to clients, Tommy is a phenomenal leader. He rolls his sleeves up, grabs a red bull, and hits the phones with his reps to lead by example. All in all, this is a great company that has been continually expanding, and their heart is in the right place when it comes to molding top inside sales talent. Culture is great as well.

Cons

Nothing crazy! Just some small things I noticed during my time there... Those new to sales may struggle to understand how comp plans are structured. Make sure it’s laid out clear, and you fully understand what/how/when you will be paid for achieving certain quotas/goals etc. Only allow 1 day remote for hitting a pretty sizable number for the previous month. This was a while back, things may have changed. You don’t get to pick your client, and some clients are less equip than others, meaning you’ll have colleagues that appear to be working less, and doing more, but that’s the name of the game in sales, stuff happens. The last thing is pay...you new reps need to understand this is an entry level job. The base pay is going to be less than an established tech company, that said, you will learn far more here than anywhere else. The pay is on the lower end of competitive, but fair when you add in all the bonus opportunities, company trips, etc. don’t view memoryBlue as the destination, but the stepping stone that will give you the tools to land that next big sales gig.
