Pros

- Solid training program and peer network to develop your sales skills. - Clear incentives and paths for growth. - Office culture was intimate and supportive. - Managers are great coaches and have been in the trenches.

Cons

- Lack of work/life balance is encouraged and touted by high-performers as reason for success. - Getting stuck with a difficult client or product can hurt your chances at making metrics. - Compensation is not scaled in proportion to cost-of-living of the office locations.

Pros

I've been here for 7 months and have worked for two different clients that were in exact opposite realms of the tech space. This is an opportunity you can't get at any other company, so you really get to discover the space you want to be in long-term. The opportunity for growth at memoryBlue is unmatched - one of my friends got promoted in just 3 months. The culture is amazing and everyone is here to support you and help you grow your sales tactics. Training is constant, so it doesn't stop after the first six weeks in academy. Weekly 1 on 1 meetings with your managers to go over new strategies that could improve your game are always helpful.

Cons

Lots of hard work but time in the trenches pays off.
