Pros

Good culture, easy access to management

Cons

a lot of your success will depend on the client you get. Sometimes there are external factors out of your control that will determine if you will be successful. I would recommend entry level bdr at a company where more seasoned SDRs can help you out if you get stuck since you would likely be booking meetings for the same products

We appreciate getting your feedback on the firm. While there is certainly variance between high-tech clients in terms of product/service offerings, intended prospect targets and the nuances of the different markets our clients compete in, we believe there is no better place to get well-grounded in the fundamentals of sales development best practices. This process starts with memoryBlue%E2%80%99s intensive and foundational Academy sales training, which every single SDR here goes through. It continues with excellent manager coaching, 1-on-1 continuous feedback, small group and peer help sessions, and an office surrounded by individuals who actively embrace personal and professional growth. The SDR position is the first (and often briefest held) sales position on the rung towards a long, lucrative high-tech sales career. If you%E2%80%99re working in a firm surrounded by %E2%80%9Cmore seasoned%E2%80%9D SDRs, you would be smart to ask this simple question: what has prevented these seasoned SDRs from advancing in professional sales? At memoryBlue, we embrace and encourage this advancement, and prefer to have our SDRs trained by experienced professionals who know how to teach the skills and techniques you need to have a wildly successful sales career. Sales development roles are difficult no matter how you slice it, but they are just the beginning of a journey, so choose the entry level role that sets you up for the most long-term success.
